The Senior Center of West Seattle strives to promote independence
and life enjoyment by providing access to medical/legal
services, community housing resources, lifelong learning
opportunities and social events to keep seniors engaged
in the community. Services provided at the center are a
congregate meals program, meal on wheels, free computer
and internet use, dental care, foot care, tax preparation,
low vision, and transitions and diabetes support groups.
Other programs, events, and activities at the center include
dance, arts and crafts, South Seattle Community College
classes, AARP Defensive Driving, Just for the Health of
it Fair, bingo, and golf.
